# Provider Register

**Effective date:** 3 October 2026

## 1 About this register

This register lists the providers that process personal data on behalf of Fortytwo MENA Limited, incorporated in Abu Dhabi Global Market, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with registration number 36387 ("Fortytwo", "we", "us"), in connection with the Services described in our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy). [Section 7 of the Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy#7-who-receives-information) explains the role these providers play and the contractual safeguards that apply to them; [Section 8](/legal/privacy-policy#8-processing-locations-and-international-transfers) explains how we handle international transfers.

Providers receive only the data needed for their work, under contractual terms that limit their use of it to providing their service to us. None of the providers listed here receives Customer Content for any purpose other than processing the request you send, and none of them uses it to train models.

## 3 Providers we do not use

We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or cross-site tracking providers, and we do not share personal data with any provider for its own marketing purposes.
